Meet Tysheira

Hi Inspirer! My name is Tysheira and I am the creator of Leave Inspired. I started a blog when deciding on what the name Leave Inspired meant to me. I started to share my experiences with adulthood navigating mental health struggles. I’ve always been the person that everyone came to while enduring some sort hardship in life so I wanted to create a safe place to share my hardships for others to relate. Sometimes it can be hard to seek out guidance and all there’s energy for is to read and relate to someone else. I hope that this space is safe and relatable for you.

I am a licensed Social Worker who received a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Social Work, so as you can see I am all about people and solving their problems. My goal is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to help treat those that suffer from mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, life transitions, being a parentified-child, and navigating relationships.  I am passionate about Mental Health and working on various ways to raise awareness and normalize it in the African American community.

I am a Personal Development coach! I help African American women in their 20’s build self-esteem, identify their purpose, and learn life skills. The 20’s are a crucial part of adulthood as we are growing more mature, taking on various responsibilities, and learning how to navigate the ups and downs of adulthood. Some do not have guidance during this developmental period; thus, not knowing how to tackle barriers that appear in their lives. As a life coach, I am here to bring clarity and guidance. Assisting with overcoming tribulations and providing solutions to their problems.
